For patients who want or need more structured headache and migraine support. Includes ability for short waits for an appointment for headache care, plus additional savings on headache procedures and management. The DPC+Headache membership is ideal if you want primary care plus complex headache specialty care in one place.

We offer consultations for patients seeking evaluation and treatment of new or chronic headaches, including migraines. Care includes a comprehensive history, neurological screening, and personalized treatment plan. Where appropriate, we may offer in-office therapies such as trigger point injections or Botox (additional cost as below). Patients leave with a care summary and treatment recommendations they can share with their regular physician or specialist.

As a benefit to members, we offer one-time visits for acute issues in immediate family members of enrolled patients. Examples include UTIs, colds, minor skin infections, and other self-limited illnesses. These visits are ideal for visiting relatives or household members needing timely care.

All procedures are priced as flat, transparent fees.
