Our Services
Healthcare that’s personal, transparent, and built around you.
At Northwest DPC, we believe healthcare should be simple, human, and focused on what matters: you. That’s why we’ve stepped away from the rushed, insurance-driven system and created a model that gives you time, access, and clarity—without the red tape.
We offer membership-based primary care for individuals and families, along with select non-member services for those seeking one-time care or specialty consults. Whether you're looking for a long-term doctor, a second opinion, or quick help for a minor illness, we’ve got you covered—with clear pricing and no surprise bills.

Cost Estimate: $120/Month
A better way to care for your health—without the middlemen.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a simple idea that changes everything: instead of billing insurance for every visit or test, you pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited access to your doctor. That means no surprise bills, no rushed appointments, and no barriers between you and great care.
This model works because it’s personal, not transactional. We limit our panel size so we can spend more time with each patient. You’re not just a number or a chart—you’re a person with a story, and we’re here to support your health over the long run.
DPC works especially well for:
People with high-deductible or no insurance
Anyone frustrated with rushed or impersonal care
Families who want peace of mind and affordable access
Those managing chronic conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, migraines, or anxiety
If you’ve ever wished your doctor had more time to listen—this is the kind of care you’ve been looking for.
