You can come to us for headache care only or combine headache care with direct primary care. We offer transparent self-pay pricing, longer visits, and faster access than many traditional clinics. Whether you need a diagnosis, a second opinion, or a more structured treatment plan, we aim to make headache care simpler, more thoughtful, and easier to access in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, and Eastern Washington.

  • $350 (60 minute visit)

    Superbill for you to be potentially reimbursed by your insurance will be provided with CPT codes and ICD10 codes.

  • $240 (40 minute visit)

    Superbill for you to be potentially reimbursed by your insurance will be provided with CPT codes and ICD10 codes.

  • $120 + One of the following Procedure costs

    Occipital Nerve Block: $75 + visit cost

    Trigger Point Injection: $50 + visit cost

    Botox Procedure Fee: $160 + visit cost* [Botox requires prior Intake Visit]

  • These are subscription-type memberships that cover the cost of visits. It also reduces the costs of procedures and special visits (ex. trigger point injections).

While we recommend insurance, we do not require it. 

We are a cash-for-service clinic.

You are able to use HSA funds or we can help show you how to get directly reimbursed by your insurance.

We look at all components contributing to your headaches so you are able to address them in a comprehensive way. We are also certified with the National Headache Foundation.
