Headache Care Only
(Cash for as-needed Services)

If you only want help for your headaches, you can schedule a one-time intake visit ($350) and then follow-up visits after you have established with us ($240). This will resemble closer to what you are used to, but we’re able to cut costs by about 30-40% by not taking insurance.

We offer a full range of services including Botox for migraines, trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and second opinions.

You pay at the time of your visit, and we’ll also provide a receipt you can send to your insurance. Depending on your insurance plan, you may get some or all of it back.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) Monthly Membership – $110/month

Our DPC plan covers all of your primary care needs. You can see your doctor as often as needed, with no copays, no surprise bills, and longer visits. We also pass along big discounts on labs and imaging — often 70–90% less than insurance rates.

Starting January 1, 2026, you will also be able to use any HSA/FSA funds to pay for membership.

DPC + Headache Specialty Monthly Membership – $110/month + $65/month

This option combines everything. You get unlimited primary care visits plus discounted headache care. Members have included specialty headache visits and discounted procedures. Members also still enjoy savings on labs, imaging, and medications. It’s the best choice if you have difficult headaches and want both ongoing primary care and full headache support.
